If two timelines apply at once, the most consumer-favourable applies. Use whichever fits your situation; the existence of one does not waive another.
Right to cancel
This policy explains how and when you can cancel an order placed with Vox Arcana LLC (New Mexico). It is in addition to our voluntary 60-day return policy and the EU 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.
Before shipment
You may cancel an order at no cost at any time before it has been shipped. Email hello@vox-arcana.org with your order number; we typically ship within 1–2 business days, so the sooner the better.
EU 14-day right of withdrawal
Customers in the European Union, EEA, and the United Kingdom benefit from a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU (and equivalent UK provisions). You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal:
- Email hello@vox-arcana.org with your order number and a clear statement of withdrawal, OR

Return the goods within 14 days of communicating your withdrawal. We refund the purchase price, including standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier. Return shipping is at your expense unless the goods were faulty or wrongly described.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, sealed goods unsealed after delivery, or goods that by their nature cannot be returned.
How we will refund
Refunds are made via the same payment method used for the original purchase. We confirm refunds by email within 14 days, though card-network settlement may take additional time depending on the issuer.
After cancellation, our voluntary policy still applies
