If two timelines apply at once, the most consumer-favourable applies. Use whichever fits your situation; the existence of one does not waive another.

Our Return Policy

We want you to love every piece from VoxArcana. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any unworn, undamaged item in its original packaging within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

EU customers additionally benefit from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal — no reason required.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email hello@vox-arcana.org with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide a return address within 1 business day.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original box. Include a note with your order number.
  4. Ship via a tracked service. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Condition Requirements

  • Item must be unworn and undamaged
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Stones must not show signs of wear or damage

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Personalised or custom-engraved items
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or is the wrong item, please contact us at hello@vox-arcana.org as soon as possible (ideally within 14 days) with clear photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange for a different size or product. Initiate the same return process and specify the item you would like instead. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of us receiving your return. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to credit your account.

Three distinct return / refund rights

VoxArcana customers benefit from three independent rights, summarised here for clarity:

  1. 14-day right of withdrawal (EU only, mandatory) — under Directive 2011/83/EU, you may cancel any distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  2. 60-day voluntary return policy (worldwide, our choice) — you may return any item in original condition within 60 days for a full refund or exchange, regardless of reason.
  3. 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (EU only, mandatory) — under Directive (EU) 2019/771, defective goods are covered for 2 years from delivery. The first 12 months (24 months in FR/PT) carry a reversed burden of proof in your favour. Remedies include repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination.
