Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 10–14 days from the date of your order. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. For details, see our Shipping & Delivery page.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum order value.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your parcel directly on the carrier’s website.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at no cost at any time before it has been shipped (see our Cancellation Policy). Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, so contact us as soon as possible at support@vox-arcana.org.

Products & Materials

Are your stones natural?

We name each stone as our supplier lists it. Our stones have not been independently tested, so we do not claim that a stone is natural or untreated, and we make no claim about its origin. Some products use glass, resin or alloy instead of stone: the material is given on each product page.

How do you source your materials?

Our products come from a small set of selected suppliers and are shipped from our supplier’s warehouse in China.

How are the bracelets sized?

Bracelet sizes vary by product and are shown on each product page. We do not offer custom sizing, so please check the size before ordering.

Are your metals hypoallergenic?

Materials vary by product (for example alloy metal, stone, glass or faux leather) and are described on each product page. We cannot guarantee that our metals are hypoallergenic: if you have a metal allergy, please check the product page or contact us before ordering.

Will the stones vary from the photos?

Slightly, yes — and that is part of the appeal. Stones vary in colour, pattern and texture. No two pieces are identical, which means your bracelet is genuinely one of a kind.

Wearing & Styling

How should I wear my bracelet?

Wear it on whichever wrist feels most comfortable. Our bracelets are designed to be worn daily and pair well with watches or other jewelry. For a layered look, try stacking two or three bracelets in complementary colours.

Can I wear multiple bracelets together?

Definitely. Stacking is one of the best ways to create a personal look. Mix stones with different colours and textures for contrast, or keep it tonal for a more understated style.

Care & Maintenance

How do I care for my stone jewelry?

Remove your jewelry before swimming, bathing, or exercising. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve colour. Avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, and harsh chemicals.

Can I get my bracelet wet?

We recommend keeping your bracelet dry. While the stones themselves are durable, water can weaken the elastic cord over time and dull certain finishes.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Unworn items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 60 days for a full refund or exchange. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full process.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Email support@vox-arcana.org as soon as possible (ideally within 14 days) with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. Contact us within 60 days to arrange an exchange for a different size or product, subject to availability.
